Check-in at the facility is allowed from 4:00 p.m., and it is necessary to leave the facility by 10:00 a.m. The exact time of arrival and departure must be announced in advance so that we can organize the handover of the key.
3. Do you allow early check-in and late check-out and is there an additional fee for this service? If we do not expect other guests before/after your stay, we regularly approve early check-in and late check-out. The possibilities depend on the specific situation, and we advise you to inquire when booking accommodation. There is no additional charge for this service. 4. What are the terms and methods of payment and cancellation options? Terms and methods of payment and cancellation options significantly depend on the platform you chose when booking accommodation. We advise you to read in detail the conditions of the platform itself and to decide on the option that best suits your needs and capabilities.
5. Does the holiday home have internet access? Yes, River Haven Cottage has high-speed wireless internet in all rooms and on the property's terrace. Internet use is free for our guests. 6. Are there shops or supermarkets nearby? The house is surrounded by nature and there are no supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, but all major shopping centers such as Lidl, Kaufland, Interspar, Plodine and Konzum are within 10 to 15 minutes by car. 7. What is the best way to get around the area? As the house is located in nature, we recommend our guests to come by car, but there is also a regular bus line from Sisak. The bus station is located at a distance of about 10 minutes on foot. For moving around the area, we recommend a car for longer distances, and for shorter distances and enjoying nature, we recommend cycling and walking routes. 8. Is there a restaurant or bar nearby? Yes, there is a restaurant in the immediate vicinity of the house. At a distance of 10 to 15 minutes by car, there are the cities of Sisak and Petrinja with numerous restaurants, bars and clubs.
9. Is there air conditioning in the holiday home? Yes, the holiday home has two air conditioners, one on each floor. Both devices can also heat the space if necessary. 10. The condition is that the pets are house or apartment trained. The owner is responsible for any possible material damage.
14. Are bed linen and towels available?
Yes, each guest receives a set of bed linen and a set of towels for every week stay. The towel set consists of 3 towels. If necessary, the guest can request additional towels as well as additional sets of bed linen at no additional charge.
15. Is there a fully equipped kitchen?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary appliances (oven, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer with ice maker). A set of the most commonly used spices (sugar, salt, pepper, red pepper, chili pepper, Vegeta, oil, alcoholic vinegar, tea) will also be waiting for you in the kitchen. Kitchen towels, sponges and trulex (always unused for each guest), dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets are also available to guests.
16. Does the house have cleaning equipment?
Before each arrival of guests, the house is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. However, in order to meet the needs of all guests, we have a complete set of cleaning products at your disposal that will impress even the biggest "cleaners". Guests can also use a vacuum cleaner, a broom, a dustpan and a mop for washing floors.
17. Are there outdoor areas for grilling and dining?
Yes, the house has a large table for outdoor dining. The dining area is covered and can be used on both the sunniest and the rainiest days. A large family barbecue is also available to guests. All the equipment needed for grilling is in the house, but don't forget to bring meat, vegetables and charcoal for the grill.
18. Is there a washing machine available? Yes, guests have a washing machine, a drying rack, an ironing board and an iron at their disposal. 19. Are there additional amenities such as a hot tub or sauna? Yes, the house has a spacious wellness area with a hydromassage pool and a large Finnish and infrared sauna. The hydromassage pool heats the water up to 40°C and can accommodate 4 to 6 people. The sauna is combined and can be used as a Finnish sauna for fans of high heat, but also as an IR sauna for guests who prefer lower temperatures. The sauna has an option for chromotherapy in 7 different lighting settings. Bluetooth speakers and a radio are available in the sauna. The sauna has 2 lying spaces or up to 6 sitting spaces. Smart (Android) TV is also available in the wellness area, which can be watched from the hydromassage tub and from the sauna.
20. Are there additional beds for sleeping such as a sofa bed or an air mattress? Yes, the house has two double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, there is also an extra pull-out bed available in the room. A cot is always ready for our youngest guests. 21. Are there additional rules or regulations for property? Yes, all instructions for using the device are available to guests. All property must be kept and the guest is responsible for all material damage caused during his stay and caused intentionally or by gross negligence. 22. Is smoking allowed in the house? No, smoking of all tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside the facility. The house has a spacious yard and a terrace where smoking is allowed. 23.
