The yard extends over 3000 square meters with 150 square meters of terrace, swimming pool, canopy and barbecue. It is an ideal place for a peaceful stay with the family and socializing with close friends.

In its lower reaches, Kupa is a calm and warm river suitable for swimming and enjoying the water. It is also suitable for boating, kayaking and fishing. Next to the house there is a spacious terrace of 150 square meters with a heated swimming pool, barbecue and a rest area.
